  1. You need to disconnect the machine machine from the electricity supply.
  2. Take the lid of and remove the facial panel.
  3. The door seal needs to come off the front panel and disconnect the door inter lock,
  4. Now remove the kick strip and pump flap.
  5. The front panel is now ready to come off remove the bolts top and bottom.
  6. You will need to loosen or remove the heating system so you can replace the seal.
  7. You now have to remove the concrete block on the front so you can replace the seal.
  8. Peal of the door seal and replace it

    I have to say thank you very much for the instruction in this video. Our
    Zanussi ZWF1207os Washing machine managed to get a sock jammed between the
    rotor and stator on the drum. Removing the sock was easy enough. But
    replacing the door seal was killing me until I reviewed your video. I’d
    love to know how you possibly replace the seal without removing the ballast
    weight. There’s virtually no room for a persons fingers to fit. Very
    instructional video! Bravo.

    Just can’t get the front panel off an Electrolux washer dryer!! Its loose
    at the top but solid at the bottom, trying to change door seal. Any help???

    How about the built in machines then like mine. Electrolux EW14450W First
    the drain pump went, then the heating element then the door seal split
    perished i paid £600 pound for this load of shite.Now my friend who paid
    £350 for a Beko washing machine and a seperate Beko dryer yes £350 for the
    two which he installed in his garage and has had 3 trouble free years.And
    did i mention the water adamage like floor tiles and rising damp caused by
    the machine leaking.Oh and new plinth kickboards
